Still Never been Answered or Help with regards Credit life Cancellation


I have been requesting some assistance with regards to my request below. but i never get any response nor email or phone call.could you please advise accordingly. My request is that I can't keep up well with the loan monthly installment which keeps on increasing now and again and I have been trying to request that the creditlife be substituted with my own policy life cover, i have my policy document attached. 

If there are any ways to assist me on this matter please let me know because i am always up to date on my loan installment but this is becoming hard to copy now
