I am reaching out to share an innovative idea that I believe could significantly enhance financial inclusion: Digital Redemption of CashSend Vouchers. Currently, CashSend vouchers are primarily redeemed through physical cash-outs at ATMs or retail points, which can be costly, inconvenient, and inaccessible for many in rural or underserved communities. My proposal is to transform these vouchers into digitally redeemable tokens that can be accessed via mobile wallets, banking apps, or USSD codes.
