Please Assist with cancellation of Credit life on my Loan

Good day. I have been trying to cancel the credit life policies on my credit card and revolving loan for months now. I have an ABSA life cover policy with a disability, etc., that is more than sufficient to cover all outstanding debts. The email address provided (polserv@absa.co.za) does not work, and I do not receive a call back as requested many times.
